EPDM

It’s been in use for more than half a century, proving itself as a durable, versatile, affordable option. It’s especially suited to withstand weathering from the sun, rain, and snow. Available in white or black, it’s easy to install.
TPO
TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin. Similar to rubber, it’s a durable, economical single-ply roofing system, but it’s been on the market a much shorter amount of time. If you’re looking for an environmentally friendly option, TPO doesn’t include plasticizers.
PVC
PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride. This is the gold standard for single-ply roof systems. From its long-term durability to its high-performing efficiency, PVC is hard to beat. It’s ENERGY STAR rated and highly reflective. It’s highly resistant to chemicals, oil, grease, and dirt, and if it does need to be repaired, it’s easy to fix.
